Let me start off my asking..What do you look for in a Real Estate Agent???? Does it matter if they are punctual, if they really listen to your needs, whether they express passion for their career, hardworking? If you said Yes..I would agree with you and would expect more as well. My passion, focus, determination...and much more allow me to deliver nothing but the best. Most people will agree those are some qualities they would look for in a REALTOR.

My name is Sarah Hartsfield, I'm a REALTOR in Jacksonville, NC area & can provide assistance to you in Jacksonville & the Surrounding areas.

I am atleast a 5th+ generation native in Eastern NC and have spent most of my adulthood here, but have spent time in Charlotte, NC and Raleigh, NC for a total of about 5 years. I can say I had it great with being able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city life, and I'm now enjoying the relaxing beach life once again!

I graduated in 2001 with a degree in Interior Design and I absolutely love the design field. At the same time, Real Estate has always seemed to call my name, knowing Design & Real Estate would go hand in hand I decided to pursue the Real Estate field as well.

There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple.
